1. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed and prepared for shipment within 24–48 hours after the order is placed.

Processing times are counted in business days only. Weekends and public holidays are not included.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery is usually 7–12 business days.

Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

3. Total Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated total delivery time from the order date is usually 8–14 business days, depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order has been dispatched.

5. Delays, Address Issues & Customs

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, public holidays, incorrect shipping information, failed delivery attempts, or other circumstances outside our control.
