60-Day Money Back Guarantee

You may request a return within 60 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned with its original accessories, inserts, packaging, and order information when reasonably possible.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper use, water exposure, modification, accident, use with incompatible equipment, unsafe charging conditions, or failure to follow the product instructions are not eligible for a satisfaction-based refund.

UK Customers

If you are located in the United Kingdom, you also have a legal right to cancel your online order within 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason.

Our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee gives you additional time, but it does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@klikcharge.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used at checkout

  • A short reason for the return

  • Photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, overheating, or not working as expected

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

For standard satisfaction returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless required otherwise by law.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or unsafe, contact us immediately at support@klikcharge.com. After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, or return solution at no additional cost to you.

Bundle Returns

If you purchased a bundle, promotional offer, or multi-pack, all items included in that offer must be returned to receive a full refund.

Partial returns may be refunded on a prorated basis.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund unless required by law:

  • Products damaged by misuse, improper use, water exposure, accident, modification, or failure to follow instructions

  • Products used with damaged, unsafe, incompatible, counterfeit, or uncertified chargers, cables, outlets, or devices

  • Products returned without approval

  • Expedited shipping fees

  • Shipping protection or priority processing fees

  • Gift cards

  • Free promotional items not paid for by the customer

Defective, Damaged, or Unsafe Products

If you believe your product is defective, damaged, overheating, or unsafe, stop using it immediately and contact us at support@klikcharge.com.

We may request photos, videos, order details, the product itself, packaging, charger, cable, outlet, and connected device information in order to review the issue.

Please do not dispose of the product, packaging, charger, cable, or affected device before contacting us, as they may be needed for inspection.
